Occupy Property has been engaged by Xenith to lead the procurement of a new Perth office for the business.

Xenith is an Australian consulting firm servicing industry sectors that sustain global growth. Xenith is currently located at 3 Ord Street, West Perth.

Grade: A & B Grade
NLA: 150-200m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted options to be considered (fitted options preferred)

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 1 x unmanned reception & waiting area
  • 20 x workstations
  • 2 x meeting rooms (4-6 pax)
  • 2 x quiet rooms or phone booths
  • 1 x boardroom (12-16 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
  • 1 x server room
  • 1 x storage room
Car park: Car parking required (2 bays either on-site or in proximity)
Other: Good natural light exposure & End-of-Trip facilities preferred
Term: 3 year lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 February 2027 lease commencement date. Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
