Occupy Property has been engaged by Xcoal to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

Xcoal specialises in marketing metallurgical, thermal, and anthracite coals from around the world, with a focus on supply from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Indonesia. Xcoal is currently located at 35/345 Queen St, Brisbane City.

Location: Brisbane CBD (preference for the Golden Triangle)
Grade: PCA A Grade
NLA: 200 - 350m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted to beconsidered

  • 2 x offices
  • 1 x meeting rooms
  • 1 x boardroom (12+ pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
  • 1 x server room
  • 1 x storage room / utilities room
End of Trip: High quality End-of-Trip facilities required
Car park: Car parking required - minimum 2 bays required on-site
Other: Good natural light exposure
Term: 3 year lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 December 2025 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
