Occupy Property has been engaged by Vena Energy to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Vena Energy currently occupy a suite within 200 Mary Street

Headquartered in Singapore, Vena Energy is a leading renewable energy company in the AsiaPacific region that owns, develops, constructs, operates, manages, and commercialises a renewable energy portfolio totaling 35 GW of solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, battery storage, and hybrid renewable energy projects.

Location: Brisbane CBD or Inner South (South Brisbane or South Bank)
Grade: A or B
Total NLA: 500 - 600 sqm
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 1 x unmanned reception & waiting area
  • 50-60 x workstations
  • 1 x boardroom (20 pax)
  • 2 x medium meeting room (8-12 pax)
  • 2 x small meeting room (4-6 pax)
  • 2 x quiet rooms or phone booths
  • 1 x kitchen and breakout space (kitchen can ideally be configured for townhall style meetings)
  • 1 x storage room
  • 1 x utilities area and sever room

Public Transport: Ideally located within close proximity of major public transport hubs
Sustainability Credentials: Highly sustainable base building credentials must be demonstrable (NABERS / Green Star / Well)
Other: Third space in building for events desirable, Good natural light exposure, Loading bay for deliveries desirable

Term: 5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 October 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
