Occupy Property has been engaged by Screen Queensland to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

Screen Queensland is the state government-owned agency investing in locally made films, series and digital games, and attracting international and interstate production and post-production. Screen Queensland is currently located at Level 2, 130 Commercial Rd, Teneriffe.

Location: Inner North (Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Bowen Hills, Teneriffe), Inner South (South Brisbane, West End, Woolloongabba) & Brisbane CBD
Grade: A, B Grade and Character
NLA: 600 - 800m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted to be considered

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 1 x reception & waiting area
  • 50-55 x workstations
  • 4-5 x offices
  • 1 x executive office
  • 3 x meeting rooms (6-8 pax)
  • 2 x quiet rooms or phone booths
  • 1 x boardroom/event space/screening room (12-16 pax boardroom style, 40 pax theatre style)
  • 1 x kitchen
  • 1 x tea point
  • 1-2 breakout spaces (4-6 pax)
  • 1 x server room
  • 1 x storage room
End of Trip: End-of-Trip facilities preferred
Car park: Car parking required - minimum 6 bays required on-site
