End of Trip: - High quality EOT facilities are required. Proponents must provide detailsof the facility’s age, recent upgrades (if any), andnumber of showers, lockers and bike racks.

Retail: Quality retail and F&B offerings in the immediate vicinity will be looked upon favourably. Importantly, these amenities need to suit a primarily corporate customer base.Proponents are encouraged to provide detail in relation to these items.
Public Transport: Walking distancetorail and bus is vitally important. Proponents are encouraged to provide detail in relation to these items, including relevant distances to major public transport nodes.

Power & Server Requirements: Power supply whichsupported by back-up building generator supply is preferable. Mains supply to be uninterrupted by any building shutdowns except in emergency only situations. Annual shutdowns are not acceptable. RBG provides 24-hour 7 day a week global services from Brisbane servers. Server room requires 24-hour AC services (circa 20kw of cooling).Proponents are encouraged to provide detail in relation to these items.
Term: 5 year lease term
Lease Commecnement Date: Q1/2 2022 lease commencement date
Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
RBG will consider options that facilitate a relocation / occupation prior to the current lease expiry.
