Occupy Property has been engaged by Pembroke Resources to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

Pembroke Resources is an Australian-based company focused on the acquisition and development of a portfolio of high quality, steelmaking coal assets. The business is currently located at Level 9/239 George Street, Brisbane CBD.

Location: Brisbane CBD
Grade: A & B Grade
NLA: 850 - 1,000m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted

Fitted options will house an efficient/open plan professional services style layout with a minimum of ten (10) offices. Good natural light exposure

End of Trip: High Quality End-of-Trip facilities required
Car park: Please advise availability and rate

Term: 7- 10-year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: Targeting Q4 2024 / Q1 2025 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required
