Occupy Property has been engaged by Lime Recruitment to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office lease for the business.

Lime is a well established recruitment firm which specialises in ICT, office support, sales and marketing, accounting, HR and mining/resources.

Location: Primary Location: Brisbane CBD. Secondary Locations: Fortitude Valley, Spring Hill

Close proximity to major public transport nodes (rail and/or busway)

Close proximity to retail, wellness and lifestyle amenity

NLA: 80 - 120m2
Fitout: Fitted options preferred (ideally containing open-plan contemporary fittings/fixtures)
End of Trip: preferred but not required
Car park: required (please advise maximum availability and rate)
Term: 1-3 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: June/July 2024 lease commencement date
