Occupy Property has been engaged by iVolve to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

iVolve is an Australian company that provides technology and tools to mine owner operators and contractors, which enables them to ramp up their efficiency in an increasingly competitive market. iVolve is currently located at Level 6/52 Merivale St, South Brisbane.

Location: Primary Location: Inner South (South Brisbane, South Bank, West End). Secondary Locations: Brisbane CBD, Inner West (Milton, Toowong) Inner North (Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Bowen Hills)

Close proximity to major public transport nodes (rail and/or busway) and access to paid parking options for employees.

Grade: A & B Grade

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 1 x manned reception & waiting area
  • 70 x workstations with expansion capacity (strong preference for sit to stand)
