Occupy Property has been engaged by a Confidential Client to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office lease for the business.

The Confidential Client currently occupies an office in the CBD of Brisbane.

Location: Primary Location: Brisbane CBD – ideally focused within the ‘Golden Triangle’
Grade: PCA A Grade & B Grade
NLA: 150 - 250m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 1 x waiting area  
  • 14 x workstations
  • 1 x office
  • 1 x meeting rooms
  • 1 x quiet rooms or phone  booths
  • 1 x boardroom
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout  space
  • 1 x storage room
End of Trip: High quality End-of-Trip facilities preferred
Car park: 5 bays either on-site or nearby  
Other: Good natural light exposure & outdoor space
Term: 5 year lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 December 2024 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of fitout construction/refurbishment required)
