The Confidential Client currently occupies a campus in the Brisbane CBD.

Walking distance to rail and bus connections

Grade: A & B Grade
NLA: 1,000 - 1,250m2

Preference for either single-floor opportunities or contiguous floors with interconnecting stairs

Fitout: Fitted or unfitted

Fitted options which house an education fitout and an existing commercial kitchen are desirable

Certification: 9B required
End of Trip: High Quality End-of-Trip facilities preferred
Car park: Please advise availability and rate
Other: Proximity to retail amenity (supermarket, cafes, price-pointed F&B)
Term: 5-7 year lease term with options
Type: Lease & acquisition considered
Lease Commencement Date: Targeting Q3 2025 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of fitout construction/refurbishment required)
