Occupy Property has been engaged by Carbolic Chambers to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

The groups current Chambers are located at 239 George Street, Brisbane City.

Grade: PCA A & B Grade
NLA: 300 - 500m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted to be considered
End of Trip: End-of-Trip facilities required
Car park: Car parking required - please advise availability and rate
Other: Good natural light exposure
Term: 5 year lease term with 1 x 5 year option
Lease Commencement Date: 17 October 2025 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
