Occupy Property has been engaged by Brisbane Professional College (BPC) to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane campus for the business.

Brisbane Professional College offers high quality training in automotive, commercial cookery and hospitality. The business’ campus is currently located at 305 Montague Rd, West End.

Location: Brisbane Near City - West End, South Brisbane, Spring Hill, Milton, Toowong, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, East Brisbane etc.

·        Close proximity to retail amenity

NLA: Total NLA: 500 -700m2

·      Office: 350m2 – 450m2

·      Warehouse: 150m2 – 250m2

Fitout: Fitted or unfitted - ideal fitout requirements are provided below:

  • 2 x Offices
  • Kitchen
  • Warehouse/Workshop (min 4.5m clearance)
Certification: Current 9B Certification preferred
End of Trip: preferred
Car park: 8 – 10 Car Parking bays (please advise maximum availability and rate)

Term: 5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 July 2025

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
