Beyond Electrical Engineering (Sydney)

Occupy Property has been engaged by Beyond Electrical Engineering (‘BEE’) to lead the procurement of a new Sydney office lease for the organisation.

BEE is an electrical engineering company that develops electrical and automation solutions for its valued customers. The organisation’s Sydney operations are currently located at 101 Miller Street, North Sydney.

Location: Macquarie Park and surrounding suburbs
Grade: A-Grade & B-Grade
NLA: 300-500m2

Additional workshop/storage area (approx. 50 m2)

Fitout: Fitted and unfitted options will be considered (preference for fully fitted)

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • Waiting area
  • 30-40 x workstations
  • Multiple meeting/quiet rooms
  • Kitchen with breakout area
  • External breakout area
End of Trip: End-of-Trip facilities desirable
Car park: Onsite car parking bays are required. Please advise availbility and rate
Other: Please specify any nearby car parking operators
Term: 3-5 year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: Targeted lease commencement date of 1 August 2026

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
