Occupy Property has been engaged by Beyond Electrical Engineering (BEE) to lead the procurement of a new Melbourne office lease for the organisation.

BEE is an electrical engineering company that develops electrical and automation solutions for its valued customers. The organisation’s Victorian operations are currently located at 570 Bourke St, Melbourne.

Location: Melbourne CBD

Ideally located in close proximity to Southern Cross Station

Grade: A & B Grade
NLA: 250 - 350m2
Fitout: Fitted and unfitted options will be considered (fitted options will ideally contain open-plan contemporary fittings/fixtures):

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 20 - 25 x workstations
  • 1 x office
  • 2-3 x meeting rooms
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout
  • 1 x waiting area
End of Trip: desirable
Car park: On-site car parking bays preferred, please advise availability and rate
Other: Good natural light exposure/view
Term: 3-5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 December 2024 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
