Location: Brisbane CBD or Inner-City Fringe (ie. Spring Hill, Milton, Paddington, Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane & the surrounding suburbs)
Grade: Lower A, B Grade or Character
Total NLA: 130 - 200m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)
— Fitted options will house a functional/efficient layout which largely caters for the following:
Car Parking: Required, please adviseavailability and rate (maximum allocation)
Other: Access to a balcony or outdoor space isdesirable
Term: 3-5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 April 2023 lease commencement date
Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
