Beenleigh Truck Parts & Just Jap

Occupy Property has been engaged by Beenleigh Truck Parts (‘BTP’) & Just Jap (‘JJ’) to lead the procurement of a new combined office/warehouse lease in greater Brisbane.

Both businesses are currently based in Stapylton, Queensland.

Location: M1 Corridor Precinct
  • Primary Locations: Northern Gold Coast & Southern Brisbane
  • Secondary Locations: Western Corridor also considered
Size:
  • ~300-400m2 office
  • ~11,000m2 warehouse
  • ~12,000m2 hardstand

Ideally all of BTP and JJ’s requirements would be collocated at one site (office + warehouse + hardstand). However, this is not essential, and our client would consider leasing two sites which are proximate to one another to meet the requirement. Please submit options on this basis.

Other:
  • Semi-trailer accessible
  • 10t gantry crane preferred
  • Ability to store loaded containers
  • Permitted use for storage only (no auto wrecking or similar will occur on the site)
  • Security requirements (fencing, CCTV, gated access)
  • Power & water connections
Term: Three (3) year lease term minimum
Option: One (1) x Three (3)-year option
Lease Commencement Date: Targeting Q4 2026 lease commencement
