Occupy Property has been engaged by Ampersand International to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office lease for the business.

Ampersand International is a recruitment agency which specialises in sourcing and securing executive talent and leadership across corporate affairs, digital, marketing, communications, transformation and technology.

Location: Brisbane CBD – ideally situated within the ‘Golden Triangle’
Grade: PCA A or Upper B Grade
Total NLA: 125 - 175 sqm
Fitout: Fitted and Unfitted considered (fitted preferred)

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
