Occupy Property has been engaged by Ampersand International to lead the procurement of a new Sydney office lease for the business.

Ampersand International is a recruitment agency which specialises in sourcing and securing executive talent and leadership across corporate affairs, digital, marketing, communications, transformation and technology.

Location: Sydney CBD – situated within the City Core
Grade: PCA A & Upper B Grade
Total NLA: 200 - 250m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house a functional/efficient layout which largely caters for the following:

  • 1 x Board room 12pp
  • 1 x Meeting Room
  • 20 x Workstations
  • 1 x Utilities Area
  • 1 x Kitchen / Breakout

Term: 3-5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 September 2024 lease commencement date
