Occupy Property has been engaged by 93twenty Business Partners to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

93twenty Business Partners is an independently owned company exclusively specialising in outsourced Executive level support to SMEs. 93twenty Business Partners is currently located in Brisbane’s inner-east and wishes to move into the Brisbane CBD.

Location: Primary Location: Brisbane CBD

Close proximity to major public transport nodes (rail and/or busway)

Close proximity to car parking

NLA: 40 - 80m2
Fitout: Fitted and unfitted options will be considered (fitted options will ideally contain contemporary open-plan fitout in situ)

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 6 x workstations
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
End of Trip: preferred but not required
Car Parking: Car parking required (please advise maximum availability either on-site or in proximity)
Term: 2 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 October 2024 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
