Occupy Property has been engaged by Whitehill Keir to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Whitehill Keir currently occupy a suite in 145 Eagle Street, Brisbane CBD.

Whitehill Keir is a Queensland-based public accounting firm.

Location: Brisbane CBD (ideally located within the‘Golden Triangle’)
  • Close proximity to public transport (rail & bus)
  • Close proximity to gyms and food & beverage offerings
Grade: A or upper B
Total NLA: 125 - 200m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house a functional/efficient layout which largely caters for the following:

  • 1 x Kitchen/Breakout area
  • 3 x Offices
  • 4 - 6 x Workstations
  • 1 x unmanned reception
  • 1 x Boardroom 8p
  • 1 x Quiet room

Car Parking: Preferred, please advise availability and rate
Term: 3-5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 July 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
