Occupy Property has been engaged by Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec (WGA) to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. WGA currently occupy a suite in 154 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane.

WGA is a multi-disciplinary, award-winning engineering and project management company with an ethos of developing long-term collaborative client relationships.

Location: Inner South (Southbank, South Brisbane, WestEnd, Brisbane CBD or Inner North (Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe, Bowen Hills, Albion)
Grade: A & B Grade (incl. Heritage/Character options)
Total NLA: 300-500m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)
