Occupy Property has been engaged by Vincents to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Vincents currently occupy 32 Turbot Street, Brisbane CBD.

Grade: Premium or A Grade
Total NLA: 3,250- 4,000 m2
Floorplate Configuration: Preference for wholly contiguous  premises connected by a staircase link  
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted (traditional  professional services configuration preferred for fitted environments). Exclusive outdoor terrace/balcony desirable    
Signage: Building signage opportunities  desirable  
Car Parking: Carparking required (35 secure on-site bays)
End of Trip: High quality End-of-Trip  facilities required (dedicated lockers & bike racks preferred)  
Term: 7 - 10 year initial lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 April 2025 lease commencement date

Early  access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to  level of construction/refurbishment required)
