Lucid Consulting are an Australian owned engineering and consultancy firm. They specialisein providing engineering and advisory services to a wide variety of clientsacross Australia.

Grade: A or B
Total NLA: 400 - 500 sqm
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • Receptionarea and waiting space for 3 – 4 people
  • 40- 50 work points (no personal offices required)
  • 2x 6-8 person meeting rooms
  • 1x 16-person boardroom
  • 4x Quiet space booths

Term: 3-5 year lease term

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
