Occupy Property has been engaged by TTM Consulting to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. TTM currently occupy a suite in 369 Ann Street, Brisbane CBD.

TTM Consulting is an acoustics, data, traffic and waste consulting firm. Their unique combination of services is fundamental to the success of any architectural or development project.

Location: Brisbane CBD (ideally located within ‘Midtown’)
  • Close proximity to public transport (rail & bus)
  • Close proximity to gyms and food & beverage offerings
Grade: A or B Grade
Total NLA: 450- 650 m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 1 x reception & waiting area
  • 44 x workstations
  • 7 x offices
  • 1 x boardroom (12 pax)
  • 1 x meeting room (6 pax)
  • 2-4 x meeting room (2 pax)
  • Open collaboration spaces
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
  • 1 x server room & utilities area
  • 1 x storage room or alternatively advise ifthere are storage opportunities in the building

Car Parking: 6 car parking bays required, however, pleaseadvise availability and rate
Term: 5 lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 October 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
