Occupy Property has been engaged by Trilby Misso Lawyers to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Trilby currently occupy a suite in 288 Edward Street, Brisbane CBD.

Trilby Misso is a Queensland-based law firm focusing exclusively on compensation law.

Location: Brisbane CBD (ideally located within ‘Midtown’)
  • Close proximity to public transport (rail & bus)
  • Close proximity to gyms and food & beverage offerings
Grade: Lower A or B Grade
Total NLA: 450- 600 m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house a functional/efficient layout which largely caters for the following:

  • 1 x Kitchen/Breakout Area
  • 12 x Offices
  • 10 x Workstations
  • 1 x Manned reception
  • 2 x Boardrooms (ideally connected by operablewall)
  • 2 x Meeting rooms

Car Parking: Preferred, please advise availability and rate
Term: 5-7 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 November 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
