Occupy Property has been engaged by Titles Queensland (TQ) to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Sunshine Coast office. TQ currently occupy 1/9-13 Mill St, Nambour.

TQ manages the land and water titles registry for Queensland and as of June 2021 stands as part of the Queensland Future Fund.

Total NLA: 100- 150m2
