Occupy Property has been engaged by Queensland Resources Council (QRC) to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. QRC currently occupy a suite within 133 Mary Street, Brisbane City.

The Queensland Resources Council(QRC)is a not-for-profitindustry bodyformed in November 2003. Today, QRC representsexplorers, miners, mineral processors, contractors, oil and gas producers and electricity generators. Together, these industries are the mainstay of the Queensland economy and significant contributors to the economic well-being of Australia. QRC currentlyrepresentthe interests of more than 300 companies and 400,000 people employed directly and indirectly in the sustainable development of Queensland's minerals and energy resources.

Location: Brisbane CBD (preferred precinct is bounded by George Street, Queen Street, Creek Street & Margaret Street)
Grade: A & B Grade
Total NLA: 700-800m2 - QRC will contemplate shared floor situation whereby it is proven that the prospective tenancy can be fully secured on floor. Sole floor occupancy is desirable but not essential
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered. Fitted options will house a functional and efficient layout.
End of Trip: Yes
Car Parking: At least 5 secured car bays on siteare required.
Other: Quality retail and F&B offerings in the immediate vicinity will be looked upon favourably. Importantly, these amenities need to suit a primarily corporate customer base.Proponents are encouraged to provide detail in relation to these items.
Public transport: Walking distance to rail and bus is vitally important. Proponents are encouraged to provide detail in relation to these items, including relevant distances to major public transport nodes.
Disability access: Provision will be looked on favourably. Proponents are encouraged to provide further details
Sustainabilty Credentials: Proponents are asked to nominate status for ratings in respect of both NABERS and Green Star
Term: 5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 February 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).

QRC will consider options that facilitate a relocation / occupation prior to the current 133 Mary Street lease expiry 31st January 2023.
