Occupy Property has been engaged by QCoal Group to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. QCoal currently occupy a suite within 40 Creek Street, Brisbane City.

QCoal Group is an independent Queensland based company that has been active in coal exploration discovery and development since 1989. QCoal and its subsidiaries own or co-own five mines within the Bowen Basin. QCoal believe in running the group’s operations in an economically, socially, and environmentally responsible way.
