Occupy Property has been engaged by Optimum Consulting to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Optimum currently occupy a suite in 40 Creek Street, Brisbane CBD.

Independent Schools Queensland (ISQ) is the peak body representing, promoting and supporting the independent schooling sector and fostering choice in education.

Location: Brisbane CBD (ideally located within the 'Golden Triangle' or ‘Midtown’)

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 1 x reception & waiting area

  • 3-4 x meeting room
  • Open collaboration spaces
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
  • 1 x server room & utilities area
  • 1 x storage room or alternatively advise ifthere are storage opportunities in the building
  • Quiet rooms or phone booths

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
