Occupy Property has been engaged by LAWD to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. LAWD currently occupy a suite in 12 Creek Street, Brisbane CBD.

LAWD operate as real estate land specialist’s by providing market leading transactional services and advice. LAWD is currently located at 12 Creek Street, Brisbane CBD.

Location: Brisbane CBD (ideally located within ‘Midtown’)
  • Close proximity to public transport (rail & bus)
  • Close proximity to gyms and food & beverage offerings
Grade: Premium or A Grade
Total NLA: 400 - 550m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 1 x unmanned reception & waiting area
  • 30-40 x workstations
  • 3 x offices (minimum)
  • 1 x meeting room (4-6 pax)
  • 2 x quiet rooms or phone booths
  • 1 x boardroom (12 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
  • 1 x server room
  • 1 x storage room

Car Parking: required (2-3 bays preferred), however, please advise availability and rate
Term: 4-5 lease term (subject to lease flexibility)
Lease Commencement Date: 1 February 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
