Occupy Property has been engaged by IONYX to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business. IONYX is currently located at WeWork, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane City.

IONYX is an innovative technology and communications agency.

Location: Primary locations: Inner North (Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Bowen Hills) or Secondary locations: Brisbane CBD
Grade: Character, A or B
Total NLA: 300 - 400 sqm
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 1 x reception & waiting area
  • 30-40 x workstations
  • Collaboration areas
  • Quiet rooms or phone booths (1-2 pax)
  • Meeting rooms (4-6 pax)
  • Boardroom (12-16 pax)
  • Kitchen with breakout/townhall space
End of Trip: Yes
Public Transport: Ideally located within close proximity of major public transport hubs
Other: Third space in building for events desirable, Good natural light exposure

Term: 3-5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 August 2024 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
