Occupy Property has been engaged by Interlink to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office.

Interlink provides a complete electrical and communications solution, for the rapidly evolving workplace environment.

Location: Brisbane CBD or Inner North (Fortitude Valley or Newstead)
Grade: Character, A or B
Total NLA: 100 - 200 sqm
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • Kitchen/Breakout area
  • Adequate space for open plan work environment
  • Multi-purpose Area
End of Trip: Yes
Other: Interlink is seeking a position or situation that delivers high exposure (signage/branding desirable)
Car Parking: Yes, please provide availability and rate
Term: 2-3 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 August 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
