Occupy Property has been engaged by Morgans Tynan Partners to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Tynan Partners currently occupy a suite in Old Mineral House (2 Edward Street, Brisbane CBD).

Tynan Partners operates as a branch of Morgans and provides strategic investment advice to a wide variety of clients. The Tynan family has 65 years of history in providing investment advice, dating back to 1954.

Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered

— Fitted options will house a functional and efficient layout which largely caters for:

  • 1 x Waiting area (unmanned)
  • 1 x Boardroom (15-20 pax)
  • 2 x Meeting room (4-6 pax
  • 1 x Quiet room
  • 1 x Breakout/kitchen area
  • 15-20 x Workstations (open plan)

Car Parking: Secure single-access car spaces. Additional visitor parking space desirable
