Occupy Property has been engaged by Concentis to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Concentis currently occupy a suite within Workspace 365 at 307 Queen Street, Brisbane City.

Grade: A & B Grade
Total NLA: 150-200m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered

— Fitted options will house a functional and efficient layout which largely caters for:

  • Unmanned reception
  • 1 x meeting room
  • 1 x boardroom
  • 15–20 work points (including 2 –3 offices)
  • Kitchen/breakout area

Term: 2-3 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 February 2022 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
