Occupy Property has been engaged by Bilingual By Five (BB5) to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane childcare center.

Bilingual By Five provide quality childcare in two languages in the heart of Perth CBD. Their team of qualified and experienced educators facilitate art, music, drama and sports programs for children each day as well as providing a nutritious menu.

Location: Primary Location: Brisbane CBD Secondary Locations: Inner City Fringe withaccess to the CBD from arterial roads (ie. Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, Milton, South Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Toowong, Milton & surroundingsuburbs)
  • Close proximity to public transport (rail & bus)
  • Close proximity to gyms and food & beverage offerings
Grade: A or B Grade
  • A-grade if landlord wants childcare in buildingprimarily as a service/amenity
  • B-grade is preferable (little/no utility inviews or premium buildings
Total NLA: 300- 700m2
  • Outdoor area to be 1:1 proportional size toindoor area
  • Indoor area requires direct access to outdoorarea
  • Outdoor area (balcony) must be on the same levelas indoor area
  • Preferably located on either ground, level 1 or2 for fire emergency egress
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (unfitted preferred)
End of Trip: End ofTrip facilities desirable
Car Parking: required (1:70 ratio). A pickup drop-off arrangement is preferable and access from carpark to premises via elevator is required
Term: 7-10 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: Q2/3 2023 lease commencement date      (precisedate subject to level of refurbishment required)

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
