Bennett & Bennett provides advanced Surveying, Town Planning and Spatial solutions for clients around Australia. They are currently located at 95 Upton Street, Bundall.

Location: Primary Preference: Robina / Bundall. Secondary Preference: Southport

Grade: PCA A-Grade or B-Grade

Total NLA: 700 - 1,000m2

Fitout: Fitted or unfitted options to be considered

End of Trip: End-of-Trip facilities desirable

Car Parking: 25+ car parks required and street parking inclose proximity
Term: 5 – 7-year initial lease term + options

Lease Commencement: Targeting 1 September 2024 lease commencement date (Access for fitout/refurbishmentmay be required. Precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishmentrequired)
