Occupy Property has been engaged by Bendelta to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Bendelta currently occupy a suite in 127 Creek Street, Brisbane CBD.

Bendelta is a national organisational design management consultancy firm.

Location: Brisbane CBD (ideally situated within the‘Golden Triangle’ and in close proximity to public transport infrastructure)
Grade: A or B
Total NLA: 125 - 200m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house a functional/efficient layout which largely caters for the following:

  • 1 x kitchen/breakout area
  • 4 x offices/quiet Rooms (soundproofing required)
  • 8 x Workstations
  • 1 x unmanned reception
  • 1 x boardroom 8 pax

Car Parking: Preferred, please advise availability and rate (maximum allocation)
End of Trip: Preferred
Term: 3-4 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 May 2023 lease commencement date
