Occupy Property has been engaged by SiteDE to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office lease for the business. The business’ Queensland operations are currently located at 19 Finchley St, Milton.

SiteDE empowers businesses with practical consulting and data management services, unlocking the potential of digital assets while simplifying complexities related to digital twins and geospatial data management.

Location: Milton – ideally in close proximity to 19 Finchley Street
Grade: PCA A or Upper B Grade
Total NLA: 175 - 225 sqm
Fitout: Fitted and Unfitted considered (fitted preferred)
