Occupy Property has been engaged by Accor to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Gold Coast office. Accor currently occupy 50 Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise.

Accor is one of the world’s leading hospitality and hotel groups, offering unique and meaningful experiences in more than 5,100 hotels across 110 countries.

Location: Surfers Paradise, Bundall, Southport, Robina, Varsity Lakes & the surrounding suburbs. Proximity to public  transport is highly desirable  
Grade: A or B Grade
Total NLA: 2,000- 3,000 m2
Floorplate Configuration: Preference for wholly contiguous and a ground floor tenancy
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted     
Signage: Building signage opportunities desirable  
Car Parking: Required, please advise number of bays available on site (for the exclusive use of Accor)
End of Trip: High quality End-of-Trip  facilities required (dedicated lockers & bike racks preferred)  
Term: 5 - 10 year initial lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 20 July 2023 lease commencement date
