Occupy Property has been engaged by 20Cube Logistics to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office lease for the business. 20Cube, a logistics company offers digital solutions to provide freight forwarding, customs compliance & warehousing to companies.

Location: Inner North (Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Bowen Hills)
Grade: A or B Grade
Total NLA: 550 - 700 sqm
Fitout: Fitted or Unfitted

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 1 x Unnamed reception / waiting area
  • 50-55 x Workstations
  • 2 x Offices
  • 1 x Boardroom (12-16pax)
  • 1 x Kitchen & breakout
  • 2 x Meeting Rooms (4-6pax)
  • 1 x Server Room
End of Trip: Yes
Car Parking: Car parking required, please advise availability and rate
Public Transport: Ideally located within close proximity of major public transport hubs
Other: End of trip preferred, Good natural light exposure

Term: 5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 April 2024 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
