Occupy Property has been engaged by Blac Corporate Advisory to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. Blac Corporate Advisory currently occupy a suite in 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane City.

Blac Advisory is a national firm specialising in consulting and devising tailored business recovery solutions. Their goal is to return businesses back to profitability and prevent the need for formal insolvency solutions. They have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide with access to over 120 staff.

Grade: A or B Grade
Total NLA: 130-180m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered

— Fitted options will house a functional and efficient layout which largely caters for:

  • Unmanned reception
  • 1 x large meeting room
  • 12 –14 work points
  • 2 –3 offices
  • Kitchen/breakout area

End of Trip Facilities: Yes
Term: 2-3 years
Lease Commencement Date: ASAP lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
